A Current of Grace in the heart of Bangalore
The Bangalore Service of Communion is the lay apostolate of the Catholic Church fostering Christian renewal, evangelization and spiritual growth through the Holy Spirit.
Our Mission
Renewing the Church, one heart at a time
Under the guidance of the Archbishop of Bangalore, we coordinate prayer groups, intercessory ministries, youth initiatives, healing retreats and conventions across the city.
Known for decades as the Bangalore Catholic Charismatic Renewal Services (BCCRS), we were renamed the Bangalore Service of Communion in step with CHARIS, the international service created by Pope Francis in 2018.
Intercession
“Watchman on the Wall” — all language groups united in prayer, culminating in Holy Mass.
Youth
Retreats and gatherings that help young people meet Jesus and grow as leaders.
“
Every gathering, every vigil, every retreat leads us back to the Eucharist — the source and summit of our life together.
Our guiding principle
Come and pray with us
Prayer meets in English, Kannada, Tamil, Konkani, Malayalam and more — everyone is welcome.
